Welcome to
Your neighborhood café and bar on Collegiate Way — where the coffee is fresh, the drinks are crafted, and there's always room at our table.
Our Story
Nestled along Collegiate Way, The Muddy Root was born from a simple belief: that the best moments happen when people come together over something genuinely good.
By day, we pour specialty coffee and serve breakfast and lunch in a space designed for conversation, work, or quiet reflection. By night, the same tables become a backdrop for craft cocktails and relaxed evenings with friends.
Whether you're a student needing a study spot, a remote worker looking for reliable Wi-Fi, or someone who just wants a perfectly made drink — there's a place for you here.
